Dear Colleagues.
The Symposium organizers gladly inform that ORAL and POSTER manuscripts presented at the Electric and Magnetic Ceramics Symposium of the ICC7 can be submitted for publication in a Special Issue of the Journal FERROELECTRICS (https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/gfer20/current).
Journal FERROELECTRICS Scope:
Ferroelectrics is designed to provide a forum for people working in ferroelectrics and related materials such as ferroelastics, ferroelectric-ferromagnetics, electrooptics, piezoelectrics, pyroelectrics, nonlinear dielectrics, and liquid crystals. Ferroelectrics publishes experimental and theoretical papers aimed at the understanding of ferroelectricity and associated phenomena and applied papers dealing with the utilization of these materials in devices and systems. An important aspect of Ferroelectrics is to provide a vehicle for the publication of interdisciplinary papers involving ferroelectricity.

Please note that Ferroelectrics uses CrossCheck™ software to screen papers for unoriginal material. By submitting your paper to Journal Ferroelectrics you are agreeing to any necessary originality checks your paper may have to undergo during the peer review and production processes.
Submission of Manuscripts:
Electronic manuscripts (no more than 8 Ferroelectrics formated pages) for the Electric and Magnetic Ceramics Symposium of the 7TH International Congress on Ceramics (ICC7) should be sent to [email protected]. The manuscripts should be prepared using MS Word and also generated as a pdf. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a manuscript transmittal form and a Taylor and Francis copyright form. Both forms can be found at http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/authors/gferauth.asp. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This applies to direct reproduction as well as “derivative reproduction” (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source). All accepted manuscripts, artwork, and photographs become the property of the publisher. All parts of the manuscript should be typewritten, double-spaced, with margins of at least one inch on all sides. Number manuscript pages consecutively throughout the paper. Authors should also supply a shortened version of the title suitable for the running head, not exceeding 50 character spaces. Each article should be summarized in an abstract of not more than 100 words. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text.
Illustrations.
Illustrations submitted (line drawings, halftones, photos, photomicrographs, etc.) should be clean originals or digital files. Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction and should follow these guidelines:
• 300 dpi or higher
• sized to fit on journal page
• EPS, TIFF, or PSD format only
• submitted as separate files, not embedded in text files
Color Reproduction.
Color art will be reproduced in color in the online publication at no additional cost to the author. Color illustrations will also be considered for print publication. Art not supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi will not be considered for print.
Tables and Figures.
Tables and figures should not be embedded in the text, but should be included as separate sheets or files. A short descriptive title should appear above each table with a clear legend and any footnotes suitably identified below. All units must be included. Figures should be completely labeled, taking into account necessary size reduction. Captions should be typed, double-spaced, on a separate sheet. All original figures should be clearly marked in pencil on the reverse side with the number, author’s name, and top edge indicated.
References.
Identify references in the text by arabic numerals in brackets, and number consecutively in the Reference Section in order of their first mention. References should include: names of all contributing authors (last names first); title of article; title of journal (abbreviate according to the style of IndexMedicus) or book; volume number; location and name of publishing company (books only); inclusive pages; year of publication. Examples:

Complimentary Policy and Reprints.
Authors for whom we receive a valid email address will be provided an opportunity to purchase reprints of individual articles, or copies of the complete print issue. These authors will also be given complimentary access to their final article on Taylor & Francis Online.

• Please follow the instruction for the preparation of the manuscript.
• No papers will be published in the FERROELECTRICS without a transfer of copyright form and a transmittal form.
• Manuscripts need to contain no more than 8 Ferroelectrics formated pages.
• Authors can submit their MANUSCRIPTS + COPYRIGHT + TRANSMITAL FORM before the meeting (from May, 1st to June, 1st, 2018) by electronic mail ([email protected]).
